There may be some confusion surrounding the CASA web site. Let us clear this up.

The CASASoccer.org site (the one you are now viewing) is the official site for all of CASA.

An alternative site of Casa47soccer.com was put up by Matt and Bernie specifically aimed at the 47+ division to attract new players. It is very well designed and informative.

If you are part of the 47+ (50+) division then you may use either web site to view the schedules, results and standings.

Schedules for the new Spring 2010 season are now up.

The season starts on Sunday March 14th...Good luck to all teams

1. The league will now be sanctioned which means everyone will have to provide their Managers with two passports photos

2. Rule changes are as follows:

a) We will play 40 minute halves
b) We will be able to substitue on any throw in’s (either team)
c) Games will be played at 12:30, 2:00pm and 3:30pm. Midweek games are at 8:30pm
d) All teams will make the Playoffs.
e) All teams will be drawn “out of the hat” in the Playoffs. The (drawn) letter E and letter F will get a first round bye.

CASA is looking to recruit men of 47+ for the upcoming Spring 2010 season

We play recreational soccer on Sunday afternoons in a league format at the well kept Robious Middle School Athletic complex in Midlothian.

We are a fun league that enjoys playing soccer. Our oldest active player is 70 years young so you should not have any excuses that you cannot play the game.

Think about the friends you could make and the activity is just what the doctor ordered.

Adult men under 50 can join our International League made up of some of the finest players Richmond has to offer. This is a more competitive league but the enjoyment is still the same.

CASA has been running for over 25 years now providing soccer for adults, both men and women, of all ages, experience and ability. We are the ultimate in fun soccer in the Greater Richmond area in Virginia. Our leagues are slightly competitive, well run and our fields very well maintained by the local county.

Soccer Players always required - If you or any of your friends want to come out and play in the most fun league in Richmond then sign up for the upcoming Fall 2008 Season, we can guarantee you will get onto a team.
