PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE US SOCCER MANDATE, ALL YOUTH SOCCER AGE GROUPS ARE BASED UPON BIRTH YEAR.

Once we reach the end of our discount period, teams counts are made and the search for coaches begins. We are a volunteer driven organization and we rely on our volunteer coaches to help run a successful program! Information on coaching at CASA can be found at https://casasoccer.org/rec-coach
The next step is once all coaches have been identified for an age group, rosters are formed by our recreational directors and sent to the coaches. The coaches are then the point of contact for the parents regarding practices and games.
The final piece is games begin!
To recap:
Holding practice when it is convienent for you is a HUGE benefit of volunteering to coach, as such our volunteer coaches are given discretion of when and where to hold practices for their teams.
If you have a child that is U5-U8 however, CASA does hold a professionally run practice session for these age groups 1 day a week for the start of the season to help guide our newer coaches and develop some consistency among our teams and players. This also helps cushion the void when we may have difficulties finding coaches.
This program is our diRECt program, and more information can be found here.
The schedule is typically as follows:
A uniform is provided as part of our program!
